Mike G had a massive online presence with a combined YouTube and Instagram following over 1M, but his online store at northborders.co wasn't doing justice to the level of exposure. The store was performing okay. It wasn't capitalising on the audience he'd already built.
We came in as the external marketing engine. New website, content marketing strategy, paid advertising, and a foundation built to scale alongside his content output. Strategy and structure to grow the brand the way it deserved to be grown.
